Buy an eyemask for when you're sat near a sh1thead who keeps opening the window blinds.

Buy noise cancelling headphones, seriously you're an idiot if you don't go on a long haul flight without them.

Don't eat too much food in the 24 hours before you fly long haul.
I was Happier Abroad for a while but Covid killed that off.
