What's a decent country in Central or Eastern Europe these days for women and fun?

It seems they all suck balls especially if you're used to celebrity treatment in Thailand or the Philippines but which which one do you think sucks the least?

I've got Poland, Romania, Hungary, Croatia and Lithuania on my shortlist.

There is no celebrity treatment in PH or TH. Maybe 20y ago, but not any time recently. Maybe yes from money hungry scammers....

If I would say, go to Baltic States: Lithuania, Latvia, Tallinn. Great English. Open to all colors and races.
