You're correct. So it wouldn't really help someone that wants to live abroad.
So it is dependent on you staying in the country? And if so, are you staying with someone or on your own? Perhaps you could start by doing small time import export if your funds allow.

The Class Pyramid of the World

The Elite Billionaires
Billionaire
Halfway to a Billion+ or Royalty or Dictator
Megamillionaire+
$50 Millionaire+
$10 Millionaire+
Millionaire Dollar+> Upper Class
Upper Class> Middle Class
Middle Class> Lesser Middle Class
Lesser Middle Class> Below Median Class
Below Median> Poor
Poor> Working Poor

I would be willing to begin at the Lesser Middle Class. However, being Working Poor or Below Median Class (only marginally better than Working Poor) are worse options than being poor. Being Working Poor or Below Median Class won't allow me to go abroad, save money, meet my living expenses, and get an ideal girl.

Indentured Servants (people with a lot of student loan debt or too much debt)
The Western Slaves (minimum wage job holders that don't earn a livable wage. This can overlap with working poor, but the working poor might be marginally better)
The underclass (mostly in third world nations or strong caste societies)

Other Groups
The Exo-Class (Prison Populations that have nothing waiting for them when they get out, or the ones that will never get out)
The Not Classy (The Gangstas and unrefined human beings that are usually found in Anglo countries)
The Classless (Many tribal societies such as those that live in the Amazon. They might have a chief but many live as a commune and as equals)
Literal Slaves (sold into slavery)

I don't really see a point to continuing this thread. It's mostly pointless talking about something that is mostly outside of my own independent control. Either I will get a decent job or I won't. Talking about it won't change anything. Unless this post is about debating the general situation of employment and unemployment, I don't see any point in talking about my personal situation. I could do other things in the meantime and hope they work out. Other than getting lucky and being successful at something I do on my own or being lucky enough to get a decent job, nothing that's said can change circumstances on their own.

I don't see the point either. You only just came here to vent about something that many people such as myself, when i was in the U.S. have complained about, but all these holier than thou guys come on her just to judge you and blame you so they can feel superior. This i why i don't like to talk about this subject because it brings out all the guys yelling "pull yourself up by the bootstraps bla bla bla"

So, is this $10K some kind of disability check on MY TAB?

You started by asking for some advice. We're trying to help but you're not getting what you wanted to hear.
This thread is straight out of "Generation Me". It would be easy to tell you that because you showed up, you're entitled to this or that, but that wouldn't do you any service.
1)Too much of one thing defeats the purpose.
2)Everybody is full of it. What's your hypocrisy?

The rest of your post is just mindless hyperbole. You lack experience in the workforce, and yet you know everything which is wrong with it. Why bother trying? At least you know where to post your excuses. The majority on HA are in the same boat as you and they are great enablers.

What has gone wrong with people like you? Just a generation or two before, men would go out and fight to the death knowing that they would die, but thinking it was worth it so that young men and women of their society could lead good lives in the future. Now we have monsters like you who sneer at the immediate victims of the systemic collapse that they allowed to come about. Filthy traitors to everything you claimed to hold dear who will sacrifice your sons and whore out your daughters to a foreign occupational regime. What made you into the vile monster you are? Is it that previous generations had a tough time growing up whereas you were spoiled? Is that all it takes?

Now the question is "What would you recommend for young men who have a bachelor's degree that can't find any job?". While crappy minimum wage jobs make up most of the jobs in America, even they're unattainable and hard to get. It's just like the difficulty of even getting a fat unattractive woman because even most fatties end up getting taken.

Lonely single men and those unemployed have become so desperate they'll just take any girl and any job. So the chances of even getting a low-paying job and a fat chick are like winning the lottery.

Honestly...are you so homely that girls avoid you?
Do you have any skills to offer an employer?
Do you know how to make money for someone who will sign your paycheck? An honest answer to those questions will give you a starting point.

You really think that the majority of jobs in the USA pay minimum wage? About 5% of workers in the USA earn minimum wage. Is the economy in your area especially horrible?

To tell you the truth there is definitely a scarcity of decent-paying jobs in the economy, and women and baby boomers are taking all of them. Most jobs in America are low-paying, and because of the high CoL many Americans have to work multiple jobs to make ends meet.

The only reason I want any job is to make enough money to get the hell of this f*** a** country.

Oh, you mean like in the military? Having a Combat Arms MOS in the military? Been there, done that. I grew up working on a family farm and I served 6 years as an aviator in the Marine Corps after graduating from a large state university. Since then I have started multiple businesses and I have always worked for myself. I have been rich and I have been broke. Shit happens and I move forward.

My life experiences are such that I will never be a whiny little bitch. If I see a problem in my life I take care of it. If I need more money then I use my time and my mind. I either work harder or I work smarter, or both.

Would you recommend that the unemployed Millennials commit to joining one of the military branches for a few years of service?

Hey Matt and Tsar, I don't want to sound as harsh as Devil Dog but what do you guys actually do during the day, week after week?
It would be interesting to know.
This thread is 10 months old, if you had taken some job at a body shop or house painting you'd have 10-15K in your pocket, at the very least.

Also, i don't agree with the parallel Matt tries to make between jobs and dating. I can settle for a baseboard-sanding job, but i won't settle for a fat/old chick. Completely different arenas.

Day after day, week after week is almost exactly the same for me. I look for any job but there's nothing but "no reply," denials, and rejections. I receive "no reply" or am rejected for jobs that are even beneath my level. I need to leave my state for a better one but without either having a job in a better state or enough money without a job it's impossible to leave. There's almost no jobs in my state (the majority of people are middle-aged experienced workers, retirees, public employees, healthcare workers, or people on welfare). I guess I might as well name the state. The state is Rhode Island. The worst state in the entire country and the worst for Millennials. Most graduates leave the state but I'm too poor to leave.

I spend my time doing some hobbies. Once the Spring arrives I'll have a few more hobbies to do. Aside from that, there is nothing in my life. I have no friends. I have no job. Can't get any job. Can't relocate without a job. Too poor to relocate. Too poor travel abroad.

I'll probably try out for the Navy late this year or next year if things haven't changed.
