Best country for middle eastern men?

I'm a 25 y/o american middle eastern / African american mutt. I finally have enough cash to go exploring. Where should I go? I want my race to actually be a good quality and not demonized because of the taliban/ Islamic state / 9/11. I prefer central / south America only because flights cost less than a flight to Europe or Asia. Any ideas?
