Vitaly Prison Philippines

Post by kangarunner »

If Vitaly has a lot of money, I wonder how many people will want to extort him....

This is from the official Philippines gov site:

TAGUIG, Philippines—Bureau of Immigration (BI) operatives arrested a Russian vlogger who went viral on social media for harassing Filipinos in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

BI intelligence division chief Fortunato Manahan, Jr. reported the arrest of Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, 33, after he was tagged as an undesirable foreign national following his viral social media posts.

His arrest is part of the government’s continued efforts to ensure public safety and maintain order, in line with the President Ferdinand ‘Bong Bong’ Marcos, Jr.’s commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of Filipinos.

Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado stressed that while Filipinos are known for their hospitality, foreign visitors are expected to respect local customs and obey Philippine laws.

“The Philippines welcomes visitors from all over the world, but those who abuse our hospitality and violate our laws will be held accountable,” he said. “Harassment and disruptive behavior have no place in our society, and we will take swift action against offenders,” he added.

Vitaly drew the ire of netizens after he posted videos of himself harassing Filipinos while filming around BGC.

The arrest was conducted in coordination with the PNP Makati and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).

A police blotter was reportedly filed before the Philippine National Police (PNP) Southern Police District by a security guard stationed in BGC, citing harassment. The CIDG immediately coordinated the matter with BI intelligence operatives, who effected the arrest based on a mission order issued by Viado.

Vitaly has been transferred to the BI’s detention facility inside Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig, while awaiting deportation proceedings.

“Our laws exist to protect the welfare of Filipinos,” Viado added. “Let this serve as a reminder that while we welcome visitors, those who fail to respect our people and our laws will face the consequences.” #

Full text see link above.

Too much is too much, even for Philippines, he is a crazy guy, annoying people next to him.

It's not the first time he was arrested and not only in Philippines...
On April 2, 2025, he was arrested by Philippine authorities after livestreaming on Kick a series of incidents in which he harassed people in public at Bonifacio Global City, a business district in Metro Manila. During his livestreams, he was seen stealing a patrol motorcycle from a security guard, repeatedly taking a security guard's cap, stealing an electric fan from a restaurant and bringing it into a hotel, threatening to rob a woman in public.

Additionally, he also recorded himself jumping onto the roof of a moving jeepney and driving a tricycle recklessly in Manila as well as trespassing into a McDonald's kitchen and stealing from it.

Zdorovetskiy was also accused of making derogatory comments and gestures toward a surfing instructor in Boracay and encouraging viewers to review bomb their local business.

Labeled by the Bureau of Immigration as an "undesirable alien" and by the Department of the Interior and Local Government as a "flight risk", his deportation proceedings are on hold as he is currently detained at the Bureau of Immigration Bicutan Detention Center in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig, pending several cases filed against him under Filipino law.
