Winston whats with the spam PMs?

Whats with that? Why do you send out mass PMs advising members of topics which are already on the forum? I can read the topics from clicking the New Post button. You don't have to tell me again via PM. That's unnecessary. What's the point of that? I don't post in threads which I find uninteresting. I post in threads I find interesting.
