Damn thing is a pocket sized freight train in terms of firepower LOL. Not a Glock fanboy (Im a SIG guy). But my personal favorite of all the Glocks, which has made it to my collection is the full sized 22 in .40 S&W.Hook wrote:I doubt it. The only people that have no fear are psychopaths. I was born and raised in NYC and i am an Army veteran. 41 and i carry a Glock 30 and 38 revolver as back up everyday. I also have a combat knife i carry everyday. My one job is a bouncer at a club where i live. With or without weapons i am not scared of anybody out here and neither am i scared of some preppy looking white guy from the suburbs.
I have killed before and i will leave it at that. Nothing scares me.
Anyway, I was wondering. If you buy a German made Glock, why not get 9mm? I thought that was the most popular Glock caliber.
Most competition sharp shooters using handguns use a Glock 17 Long, with drilled barrels to reduce recoil.....
This is an excellent choice as it's very lightweight, very accurate, and with little recoil it allows for rapid firing.
A Sig is a bit heavier, which can be a bit more harder to handle with the recoil, but some people use it very effectively. For instance I saw this military guy using one once and he would shoot at the chest and then fire again on the recoil into the head, which was a very effective way to take advantage of this weapon.
