I joined dateinasia.com 24 hours ago and my picture was approved about 12 hours later. Since my picture was approved 12 hours ago, I have 89 messages from 20 different Filipina's. All the ones i messaged were cute and almost all messaged me back right away. I spent most of the day chatting with them, even 18 year olds! Unbelievable! Compare that with the local plenty of fish and after 3 months I have 4 messages from local crap girls. Life in western society sucks. Here's my profile if anybody wants some tips.

Today has absolutely blown me away. It seems I could have a new date with a girl everyday if I wanted to there. I have been living in the wrong part of the world for my whole life and only am realizing it now! Need to plan my escape strategy asap.

I paid off my mortgage, and could rent out my condo here for $1000 and live there on that without having to work! I am 38 debt free, and a former model. I want to be there by the time I am forty and make up for all the lost years...

There are also girls there who are faking their age (which can land you in jail for 40 years) and some even fake their picture. You may go to see one girl and another one will be there. Screen them well and proceed with caution. I knew of two guys who ended up going on dates with girls and inviting them to their house and only then that had found out that the girls were much younger than what they wrote on the site. I mean MUCH younger. In the Philippines you are not even allowed to be in the same room alone with someone that young- it is against the law. Good thing these guys learned about this on time and did not do anything sexually. But these girls can make a fake report to the police and have you locked up.

Some girls may have secret boyfriends and secret kids and be asking for money from multiple guys. Be very careful! Ask for IDs. Drill them like crazy.

When you get there, you won't care about turning back the clock. The experience will more than make up for any lost years. Also, when you get there, you probably won't care about Date in Asia either. You will only have to walk outside and you will have dates.

I suggest patience after you arrive. Spend plenty of platonic time with girls. Good girls will not mind slow progress. Don't get into anything too deep to quickly. If you need a quick fix, visit the bars, but spend time in the real world with the real girls before jumping into anything. You will be amazed what a great quality partner you can find.

Receiving 89 messages/day is a normal day for Date In Asia. When Date In Asia is really busy(>10,000 users on it) thats when you get tons of messages all at once. Its not humanly possible to respond to all of them so you have to develop your own filtering criteria rather quickly. Chatting with eight different woman at once can become quite a chore. The biggest problems I had with Date In Asia was constantly having to clear out my inbox and keeping all the ladies names straight.

Then, from what I have read here, smaller cities in China offer a higher standard of living for a much lower cost that Philippines. Not just smaller cities really. My place in Shanghai costs less (slightly) than my place in Cebu City, but is of much, much, higher quality, and great food abounds at much cheaper prices, even here. I guess the real downside is all the effort it takes to legally stay here, which doesn't happen in Philippines.

This makes me wonder, yet again, though. Has anyone tried 4th tier cities in Japan or Korea?

Well, it is probably because of the new, Hollywood-movie-raised generation, obsession with money ( that they think we have in abundance) and fad- and the US TV culture. An American man - the cool one- meaning white ( like Tom Cruise) or black ( like Will Smith) are now stars. This is subliminal programming. Good for all American men.

Think of the US and how xenophobic and racist it used to be- no way a WASP American man would be looking for an Asian girl some 80 years ago- plus in many states they would not allow mixed marriages, period. Enter war brides, movies about the Southern Seas, and a legal Asian immigration. Then the Civil Rights and the PC movement. Before you know it, an Asian girl is a prized commodity that US men fight over like a bunch or piranhas. Times change. Old racists die.

I have heard that the same thing is happening in Korea where a new US culture obsessed young generation has grown of age. Whereas before Korean girls with Americans were seen as traitors and whores, the new fad- oriented young people think that having a white or black foreigner is super-cool.

It is good and it is bad. One wants to be valued as a person, not because one is a cool novelty to show off in public. But it is still better than having a wall of sullen prejudiced faces around you.

In America, in my experience the Asian women interested in Black Men are from Korea, Vietnam, Philippines or China. Not sure why that is other than for instance in Southern California, many Koreans live in Mid-Town Los Angeles (KoreaTown) which isn't very far from the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles where its mostly Black. Its not unusual to see half Korean half Black person in Los Angeles, its fairly normal. Some Black Men have brought back War Brides from Korea and Vietman. Even some people in my family are half Korean.

Where African-Americans score big time is in Australia actually in that part of the world, where you can find Asian women speaking with an Aussie accent which in itself is a bit strange.

That's quite a contrast. You should experiment a bit to see what critical factor is. First try shaving 12 yrs. off your age. Then throw up photos of different guys. Could it be that even these girls (Filipinas) are picky about age and/or looks?

Go to the "Last Active" link and click on as many ladies profiles as you can, they'll send you a message back within a few minutes. Also, helps if your online at 6 am in the morning(mountain time zone) and you have a good picture of yourself in a suit and tie.

Exactly. From what I can see, the Philippines has a general obsession with skin color and they see lighter as better, so I think most women who are thinking of foreigners automatically desire a white guy first, though if they met a nice enough black dude they might date him. Many are likely just not interested.

In Japan, there are plenty of girls looking specifically for black guys and nothing else. You don't find yourself dating a girl who secretly wishes she was with a different kind of foreigner.

I know some people think that girls who are specifically looking for foreigners are a bad thing. I personally don't. I certainly don't want to waste my time with someone who most definitely isn't looking for a foreigner and who would never date one. In both Japan and Korea, it became easy to spot, by their dress and actions, the girls that might be interested in black guys. Well, if I check out a profile, they almost always write my back, so if that is the reason for the large number of messages, most being "helu" or "how r u?" then i do get that sometimes.
