Does anyone here think Colombian women are friendlier than women in Florida?

Last night, I was at Key West Fantasy fest taking pictures with the topless women, especially the ones with their boobs hanging out. Eventually, I encountered a woman from Colombia with huge boobs, I'd say at least 34-DDD if not larger. And not only did she pose with me, but she let me hold her boobs for a few pictures; basically she let me put my arm under her boobs so that my arm was pushing up against her underboobs, propping them up. Right afterwards, she hung out with me a while and introduced me to some of her friends.

Does anyone else think that Colombian women are nicer than women in Florida? Has anyone else here had that kind of experience or anything similar with women from Colombia and Latin America?
