Is Brazil still a good place to meet women for marriage prospects in 2021?

I read mixed things about Brazilian women. Some say they are too westernerized by now, others that you can find good ones in the south of Brazil. Then thers that you can still find good partners there as they are not constantly looking for better partners trying to level up like in America.

In 2021 what's the dating outlook in Brazil? Thanks!
