This one, www.academicearth.org, is also fairly broad based and would cover many of the courses for an undergrad major in one of those main topic areas.

I do not promise to be gingerly

I am surprised they missed Nand to Tetris http://www.nand2tetris.org/ from Hebrew University. There is a quite revolution in education going on now. There are very good alternative options to the politically correct mess many colleges have become. There are very good things online. I have learned how to trade derivatives. I imagine there is a lot of worthless junk out there too.
I am thinking of all the cosmetology schools around here, they get $20,000+ dollars in grants and government loans. They learn how to cut and color hair and do nails. None of those girls will actually do nails for a living. Some will get sub minimum wage jobs in cosmetology. Few will pay there loans back. Most will wind up knocked up and on Wick and other subsidies. This is an example of miss-allocation of resources.
