This is what the San Fernando Valley is really like.

The strong moving in to occupy.

Although half-Armenian I am as mystified as anyone else by the trend.

Apparently, by sticking together, and sharing tips, and helping each other, foreign groups can simply parachute in, and take over.

Lack of common morality (except for group loyalty) seems to help.
