Most Intellectual Country?
And I don't mean smart. I just mean interesting to talk to, philosophical and the like. Basically, it carries on the spirit of the Enlightenment into the present day. I have talked with a friend in Holland, and it seems just about as dead there as here, same with France (from another friend). So where can I discuss stuff like Kant (as an example) or Rothbard without getting weird stares?
