Most of these are very old executive orders, at least one going back to Kennedy...and most long since revoked or amended....but the black helicopter folks still make good use of them.

They try to make everything look legitimate through legal fiction, the anti federalist new so they demanded the second amendment for such occasions. They do what ever they want they have unlimited fiat money. Everybody has had plenty of time to figure the gig out and the purpose of real commodity money so let them have it.
