Suicide or Murder?

Probably a murder given that the scene appears to have been posed - one jandal instead of two, gun and cigarette are in the hands which would be unusual, based on the pen and cigarette the victim appears to be left-handed but shot strangely used her right hand to shoot herself, shot may have come from the wrong side, women don't shoot themselves that often.
