Re: Stardusk - Men Will Not Change
This is correct....older men are not going to change their ways....and very few younger men will listen and learn.
The slow response to the MBA is proof of this.
So I am now focusing my efforts just on the those few young men who really want to make a difference in their own lives and own futures. They are few indeed.
Most men care very little about themselves and refuse to invest in their own futures. I find this totally amazing. When I was in my 20s I was soaking up information like a SPONGE. I was buying all the "self improvement" books and talking to older men at IBM and listening to what they had to say as a VERY kken student. Any older man who would take the time to talk to me and tell me his thoughts I would treat like GOLD DUST!!
In my 20s I held the opinion that any man over 40 who would deem me worthy of his words of wisdom was of IMMENSE VALUE to me and I treated them as such. I would often have lunch with my manager or older men and just let them talk while we ate lunch. After all? We all have to eat so to get the older guys talking to me while I was eating was a BIG deal.
Also, there was a guy in my team who was an older guy and we did some installs of our billing system together. This meant living in each others pockets. We lived in the same hotels and travelled to and from work in the same car etc. We ate breakfast and dinner together every day...so I was REALLY pleased he would share his life experiences with me.
This is one reason I am AMAZED that I am prepared to put into the public information that is MORE VALUABLE THAN GOLD BARS and yet have young men totally ignore what I am presenting to them. I even created the "nite-skool" concept and young men are not interested.
This is UNBELIEVABLE to me. In their position I would be paying a man like me to listen to him talk!! When I was in my 20s we only had books. It was a VERY valuable thing to be able to talk face to face with an older man who would share his wisdom with you. They were busy doing their own thing and I was busy with work. So with the advent of YT and internet forums? I would have thought young men would be falling all over themselves to learn from older guys...#
But they aren't. Because it is free they think there is no value! Not very smart if you ask me.

To be fair, you had the last of the older generation of men that were somewhat uncorrupted. I've had 40 year olds give me lots and lots of terrible advice that's completely irrelevant now. Personally, I feel I should only listen to people who are in a better position than me. Even most older people I bring up going abroad to, balk at the idea. Older people also tell me all I need to get American girls is positive attitude/etc. It depends on the older person. One older guy I talk to is that way, another guy about the same age, Russian American, I brought up going abroad, he's like "yeah, I got a nephew in Thailand right now and he says it's sweet. That's not a bad idea."PeterAndrewNolan wrote:This is correct....older men are not going to change their ways....and very few younger men will listen and learn.

Obviously, older people are worth listening to, but older people still err, quite badly. The better old folks to talk to are pre-boomer gen, imo. It was the boomers who got us into most of this mess. I'd assume (don't know your age, but looking at your pictures) that most of the older folks you talked to at your age were pre-boomer gen.

Yes....when I was young the older men were pre-boomers. When I talked about work most of those men were boomers.onethousandknives wrote:

My point is this. I have presented into the public excellent advice for young men. My video channels contain information more valuable than gold. My second book, the truth be told, is priceless for a young man. The accumulated wisdom as well as the evidence of the criminality of the legal system is the single most valuable thing a young man could be told today.
The Truth Be Told also gives young men very good advice on how to improve the quality of his life. And yet young men are ignoring it in their droves...they won't even pass it along to other young men. It is a disgrace. The download counters should be spinning like petrol pump prices.....but they are not. John Rambo got about 6,000 downloads of TTBT by spending many hours over the last year posting it all over the place.
It was actually John who convinced me that Winston was worth talking to. I had not bothered to look into Winstons site as I had written him off as one more man who would never do anything useful. John convinced me it was worth my effort to come over.
I also put a comment into the book about payment and suggested that men pay me on an honour basis what they felt the book was worth TO THEM. If the felt it had no value then pay me nothing. EUR1? EUR10? EUR100? EUR1000? Pay me what you felt you got out of it.
Of course, I knew no one would pay me...but I wanted to be able to make the point a year later that young men do not value even the most valuable of advice. And this has now been well proven. So I am now only interested in assisting those men who value my advice and value my time. That means they pay me and show me the respect I have earned.
By the way? I am 49. I have lived and worked in more than 20 countries. I have relocated internationally two times. Once to Ireland and once to Germany.
I am trying to get the world passport accepted by Germany, UK, Ireland and Australia. I am also trying to force both the UK and German governments to accept that they have no right to interfere with my travel and not right to violate my right to work. If I am successful in this it will mean any man who wants to relocate to the UK or Germany will be able to do so without seeking guvment permission or getting a guvment passport. The MBA will offer that relocation service.
This relocation service is something almost ALL the men on this forum want...but NONE of you were prepared to actually help me get the service working. You left me to work on that alone. And if I am successful? You will bitch and moan and complain that I want to be paid for all the time, effort and risk I took.
After all? I walked into a german court last year, april, and I told a German Judge that I had seen no evidence that the german guvment could interfere with my right to travel or my right to live and work on the land known as Germany. I told him he and his guvment had no jurisdiction over me. I told him that in front of FOUR armed police officers who were none best pleased.
And you young men think I should do that sort of thing for NOTHING and then when I am successful you should get the benefit of me doing that work and taking that risk for FREE. Well? You young lads have got another thought coming.....you are going to have to learn how to be responsible men and pay for what you want other men to do.
