This is why Filipino women are overrated in my opinion! Most only use foreigners for Green Cards or to scam foreign men of their money.

But some of your story makes no sense, other than your conclusion that she is a liar. If the woman in question is a "bad" Filipina and she found herself pregnant with a Western guy's baby there is no way in hell that her response would be that she wanted an abortion. She'd want to have the baby!

So the likelihood that a girl would immediately respond by asking for an abortion - well it strikes me as suspicious. That is except in the case that she tells you she wants an abortion so that she can get some money from you.

The problem with a DNA test administered locally is, you can always find a complacent doctor who is willing to fake a test for you. After which, it's pretty much being back to square one. When I was in Davao I was told a story about an Aussie guy having a summer fling with a nice woman, then her telling him she's pregnant with his baby and swearing left right and center that she hadn't had sex with anyone after his departure. He agreed to pay for a DNA test at the best private hospital in town (Davao Doctors'). The test was positive and the man was happy to fly to Davao once more and marry the girl. After all, he liked her and she was the mother of his baby boy.

So they live happily in Oz for a couple of years, until the the guy learns about 23andme (https://www.23andme.com/), the genetic screening service, and sends saliva samples of himself, wifey and baby. Needless to say, much to his shock he sees the genetic markers all over the place: not only "his" baby boy isn't his, but he's from a man of totally different ethnical background than him, so dead easy to spot!

That's where the story stops, as the man who told me about it (the owner of the hostel I was staying) had lost touch with him. What he might have done afterwards, was anyone's (not so) wild guess.

If this was a Philippine child it wouldn't matter it would be a way of life.
