Winston was "happier abroad" now that he is back in the US, he is "unhappy at home."

...and he's going for round 2 - miserable in Taiwan! Yes, he's actually heading to Taiwan once he finally gets out of Vegas/USA instead of going to a country he might actually like.

I was planning on going to go to Vegas to annoy him, but then I decided to get a job instead.

The closest Winston's got to being in China was phoning me up when I was in Guangzhou.
