Huffington Post Beats RT & PrisonPlanet?

Post by Jester »

I have followed alternative news sources since the 1970's heyday of Lyndon Larouche and the U.S. Labor Party, and the 1980's apogee of Liberty Lobby, "Spotlight", and The Washington Times.

More recently I have gone through phases of reading Joe Vialls (deceased), and Alex Jones, and the BBC (before the assassination of an editor that made them cringe), and Pacifica Radio, MSNBC (before they became laughably irrelevant and sycophantic after Obama's inauguration) and RT (Russia Today).

Alex Jones is almost always correct, but almost always negative. The purpose seems to create anger. Anger is NOT always bad, Jesus got angry etc etc, but the point is never clear. Get angry all the time? Buy guns? What? Only so much of that a man can do. Fair, yes, but not balanced.

RT is like a clock that is stopped, they are right twice a day. Always anti-US. But since US "persons" are usually balls-deep in whatever evil is happening in the world, they are right quite often. But the monotone does get boring, and is stultifying.

MSNBC has (or had, before I left the US) frequent circle-jerks wherein commentators are ALL Lefties, each echoing the last person's comments. Really a circle-jerk.

Fox News generally acknowledges Libertarian and Paulista style views, iversus the Establishment, but the drooling Zionist warmongering from no-name "Fox News contributors" gets tiresome.

But today I found a couple of stories on Huffington Post not covered elsewhere. They seem more like real news, with SOME openness to the telling the truth.

Here's one link:

Are these folks a better and more balanced news source than Alex Jones or RT?

Huffington Post is left-wing trash, but a decent source of news on the Internet.

You're right about Alex: he's often correct on his observations, but he offers no solutions and is always negative; plus, he's a Zionist bootlicker (probably due to his Jewish wife) and rarely, if ever, calls out Israel or the Jewish lobby.

RT is anti-American, but almost always spot-on on the shenanigans of the American government. They're probably the best source of news on those who know the falsity of America being the "greatest country in the world." But don't turn to RT when it comes to criticizing Putin or the Russian government (they're practically in bed with the Kremlin).

There is no 'one' source of news that is impartial and balanced: all news organizations are biased, so it's best to research issues for yourself, rather than listen to what the news media--alternative or mainstream--wants to tell you.

Beware. Doom & Gloom sells and it is now a cottage industry in America. Fear sells. I honestly doubt Alex Jones believes anything he is saying. There are a lot of people kicking themselves for listening to zerohedge.com because putting all your money in the stock market after the 2008 crash was the trade of the century. I am basically assembling a list of sources that are credible and from top rated minds. You need accurate information and advice to make intelligent decisions. And you need to make intelligent decisions to have a good life. Engage in fantasy at your own risk. For finance, I subscribe to Finanacialsense.com because it gives a balanced view with different opinions.

I think they have gotten to Alex, Alex does not touch the fact the Zionist have cloaked themselves behind Judaism and are making the bible appear to be coming true to passify the sheople.

Alex was supposed to be releasing a new film and as of yet I do not believe he has? Alex is the go to guy for new information and is probably one of the top 5 people in the world as far as being an expert on the shadow elite that pulls the strings behind prying eyes but as stated because I believe his wife is practicing Judaism and some of his sponsors are Jewish so he does not state the fact these religions including Christianity have all been coopted to create the desired effect amongst the dumb down sheople.

Ed Griffin is truly the best source of information I have found but I disagree with him on the subject of Gold and Silver for money and the ecological disaster unfolding in front of our eyes for future generations.

X22 report is a good listen from a astute angle but if you just go to ED's site once a week and read and watch unfiltered news you get a great no nonsense look at what is really going on although the news can be a week old.

Today everything moves so fast in the information age a week is an eternity and also makes one realize that when the system implodes it will be like watching one of the twin towers fall. It'll be what the hell happened and the FEMA coffins will finally take their tally below the surface.

I watch NHK World News from Japan. It's pretty neat. I passed by CNN playing on TV at the gym and it said "Russia invades Ukraine." Then later on NHK it said "Russian aid trucks deliver aid to Ukraine." Even showed an Iranian person at the UN or whatever denouncing ISIS. So to me it seems to be actually fair and balanced, doesn't seem to massively fear monger or have people yelling or anything. Then after the news is basically all educational shows. It's my new favorite TV network and I can finally turn on the TV in peace after 3 years of not watching TV, a channel that's not loud and obnoxious.

In a lot of way's Max is full of crap. He promotes the pump and dump philosophy and is definitely in this thing for profit just like Alex. A stable money supply is not BitCon!

I suggest listening to Caravan to Midnight to get the most relevant info/news from select personalities that really know what's going on in the world. You're supposed to pay for a subscription, but you can listen to parts of interviews online or download whole shows on bittorrent sites.

Regarding news sites you just have to go through a number of different ones and have a critical mind who can maintain neutrality to understand what's truly going on in the world nowadays.

Other notable news site options not listed above:

Here are a few sites to keep you busy for a while from news boredom. As I stated there is no one absolute news source to go to, just try visiting a few different ones from time to time to get a greater picture of things to make better educated guesses about what's actually going on in the world in comparison to what the mainstream media is dishing out for consumption.

The main page has the feed directly what would be shown on TV. Also of note they are on digital cable and satellite, I believe free to air satellite.
