Jester- I don't know what happened with that Wikileaks guy, I figured it was something like Enemy of the State (ducking a warrant makes things harder & if it's for something like that they'd probably have a hard time finding people to help them out). If he screwed her at one point & takes liberties later, that's still rape. The first time wasn't, but the second time was. Prior consensual activity does not negate future self-determination.

As for sticking something in the backdoor, if the guy just presumed- that wouldn't be an attack, but she'd set him straight about that & this woman in particular was actually fighting & screaming "no." So if he continues when the reaction indicates an issue with the situation or outright fights her, that is an attack.

I find it odd that three cases all get shot down by this guy. This happens & he figures he can isolate it & cover it up, if he so chooses? The principal basically has a criminal jurisdiction? I think about the same, I marked these comments of Jonny Law in BOLD.

Something is wrong with this story of a poor girl carrying a mattress around.
It looks like attention seeking, a story made out of the sick fantasy of a few women.

He was found as not guilty, by an internal - but not very professional - investigation in the university.
While these people who were checking it out were not professionals, they had no reason to protect this man either.

Interesting to read, not even one of these women was asking the police to investigate - because criminal investigators are often very mistrusting.

If this rape experience was made up out of fantasy it might end as a false police report, a few days in jail and some hours community work. That's not much of a punishment, but it makes clear, who is the criminal and who is the innocent victim.

2 cases of false rape allegation, all these idiots who believe a woman every word because she is a woman, should think twice before opening their mouth too much.

These are 2 examples in the recent news, one of a woman with sick fantasy, another one is about a violent wife and adult daughter, accusing the ex-husband of rape. Not sure if he is really the father.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville woman who claimed she was raped at Dunbar Cave park earlier this month has been charged with false report.

Kayla Bowen had told police that at 2:23 a.m. on Aug. 5, she went to the park to think, and, after sitting in her car for a couple hours, a man approached her, asked for a light, then beat and raped her.

A Clarksville Police investigation has since uncovered a Craiglist ad Bowen posted titled "Have a deep dark fantasy." In the ad, Bowen said she wanted to be raped and for anyone who responds to say how they would do it and why, according to her arrest warrant.

Her phone records showed she made contact with two people the night she reported the rape. Texts revealed she told the individuals she wanted to be duct-taped, gagged, then sexually assaulted, which would include but not be limited to broken arms, black eyes, a broken nose, fractured ribs and other injuries.

In a text Bowen sent Aug. 4 at 11 p.m., she said she was sitting at Dunbar Cave park in her car and it was a perfect place for the rape, the warrant said. She then texted, "I'm 100 percent consenting to be raped," according to the warrant.

When no one came to the park, she went to an address on Cyprus Court, where she engaged consensual sex and assault resulting in bruises, abrasions, ripped clothes and a chipped tooth, the warrant said.

Bowen, 24, was charged Friday with making a false report and booked into Montgomery County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Mother, daughter file false rape report against THP officer

A Lewis County mother and daughter were arrested on Friday after investigators accused them of filing a false rape report against a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Authorities said Regina Hobbs, 40, and Kylie Barber, 20, told Hohenwald police that Hobbs had been raped and assaulted by her husband on June 14, according to a TBI release.

Investigators said they later discovered that Hobbs had instead pointed a gun at her husband during a domestic dispute and told officers of the alleged rape after her husband called the police.

Hobbs’ allegations were enough to lead to the arrest of her husband, though the charges against him were later dropped.

Hobbs was charged with aggravated assault and filing a false report when she was arrested on Friday. Barber was also charged with filing a false report.

Both were booked into Lewis County Jail were released on bond on Friday, jail records show.

It is very convenient for a woman to claim to be a victim of a sex-crime if you want to harm any man - either it works out and he is in jail for a crime which never took place - and if police finds out the truth, not much will happen to the false accuser.

In some cases malicious women only claim rape out of fun - without accusing anybody - just for keeping the police busy. In a few countries police has the right to charge these women for wasted police investigation hours, but I doubt if these women ever pay that invoice.

To give you an example what happens if you believe 'raped women' too much.
But in this case it did not work as expected.

Thankfully Mr Hockey was not detained for too long and thankfully there was CCTV evidence showing that it could not possibly have been him.

CCTV is a wonderful tool to prove he did not commit the crime - in this case an innocent man was quickly out of jail.

My question - who cares about men who are truly a victim of such a malicious woman?
