The thing is that females are simply not equipped to resist aggressive sexual advances by men (and feral beasts with language shaped vaguely like men) over time. Well, they can't end street harassment. But then, such harassment is rare and uncommon. You don't see that kind of harassment outside of some dingy urban neighborhood, which isn't where most white or Asian girls hang out.

To be honest, I actually find the behavior of those guys to be obnoxious and uncomfortably aggressive, and if I were a woman, I wouldn't like it either, unless maybe I were black, or a dark-skinned hispanic. Then I might possibly better handle it. IMO white and Asian males typically don't behave like that, although they could be obnoxious or aggressive in different ways in other settings.
