Marcos, where did you get strange conceived notions from? Western media? They're pretty biased and you shouldn't believe everything you hear from them.
As someone who works and lives in China, the One Child Policy was not strictly enforced except for a few, urban areas.
I agree with Winston. I've met many people from the older generation who have many siblings. In the past, all you had to do was pay a fine, and many families did so. Also, many people from the rural areas were exempt from the policy, so I've met middle aged men who have a large numbers of brothers and sisters.
