What do you think will come of it? There are two theories (technically 3):

1 - Comey wants to redeem himself after hearing all of the grumbling from the other FBI agents (and alternative news). Pressured to do the right thing - which he should've done in the first place.
2 - He's doing this because he's in super hot water with congress and knows his goose is cooked when trump assigns that independent prosecutor. The world will know that Comey is/was nothing but a shill for hill. Doing the "right thing" will somehow make him either immune to prosecution OR knock off a few years behind bars i.e. Sammy Gravano (who's due to be release in 2019).
3 - He plans on dragging this along to nowhere again. Although a possibility, why would he do this knowing it would damage hitlery's campaign even more? Perhaps a final desperate strategy from the crooked clintons. Obummer and loretta "ought to be lynched" won't do anything. Although the obamas and clintons hate each other, they - and the entire administration - are connected at the hip.

Too little too late. I still think this election is wrapped up strongly in favor of Hillary. It's just a matter of how big a margin she will win by.

But I wonder what the FBI director trying to achieve here. Is he just covering his ass? Isn't normal protocol to sit on additional information like this until election is over?

I just watched a video of Greg Hunters and he had a guy on there who made a computer program specifically designed to run all the #'s of everything in this election and he says he believes for every vote Hillary gets Trump will get 20 or 25. If this is true our rulers realise a rigged Hillary presidency of this magnitude is taking a major chance in destroying their plans because nobody will believe anything her or her administration does or says.
