1. Taking a break from everything. Spending time with family. Relaxing. Refusing to work, strategize, and plan my future, despite the fact that I never stop doing that, from the moment I wake up until the moment I lose consciousness at night. I also have a sick mother here in Sweden, so I need to look after her right now (which is the reason I am in Sweden at all).
2. Educate myself as much as possible in the next 5 years. By this I mean both university as well as trade education. I'm Swedish and we get paid by the government to study. But the Swedish welfare system isn't doing too well. I'm thinking this incentive to study may get taken away at some point in the next 10-15 years. So I'm planning on using it ASAP. I should have about $70,000 saved up after everything is said and done, since I'm living at home at the moment and have no expenses. I don't want a job, but I realize that sometimes you need money...so yeah. Some things I am planning on educating myself to include: C/CE-license (truck driver in EU), finishing my bachelors (finally...1 year left), CELTA (in Malta), Masters in Education, and finally some sort of trade, electrical...carpentry...auto mechanic...I love cars, and would like to start my own little garage some day...maybe...dreams are good...
3. Buying a 50-60 Sqmeter high-rise condo in Tbilisi. Outfitted with all the typical things: nice (but frugal) furniture, washing machine, fridge, oven, stove, yada yada. Basically a nest for some cute Georgian heifer to decide she'd like to settle down with me. (At some point). $30,000 total
4. Buy a car in Tbilisi. I still haven't made up my mind what I will buy. Something nice, but I am steering away from Mercedes/BMW because of reliability, despite those being uber-popular in Georgia. I want something reliable, despite the fact that repairs are super cheap here in Georgia. $2,000-$10,000 depending on how frugal I'm feeling at the moment.
Assuming I spend $30,000 on the apartment, and $5000 on my car = $35,000 spent and $35,000 left. I also have my two micro-studios in Tbilisi (that I own at the moment), which could bring in about $100/mo each. So personally I am stable after that. Not spending any more money than I am taking in (effectively). (I spend about $200/mo living in Tbilisi) But with a gf I would be eating into my savings....I wouldn't mind bringing her to Sweden so that I could get a REAL job and work for ~5 years until we have a kid(s) (I would have no assets there that she could take anyway). We wouldn't even have to marry legally to get her there, Sweden lets you bring your long-time girlfriend if you want (must have lived together for 2 years). It's also completely normal not to get married AT ALL in Georgia (legally), you just get married at a church. I absolutely do not want to raise my children in Sweden. Young men are sissies here. I even made a joke to my mother, that young Swedish women are more manly than young Swedish men. It's almost true in some ways, sadly. It's just not a template I want my kids to follow.. But you need money to raise kids, so working in Sweden to save up money and traveling a little with my girl before we have kids sounds like a good plan.
So basically:
1. Look after my mother.
2. Educate myself + save up money.
3. Get a nice heifer in Georgia, for life...hopefully

4. Figure out WTF to do with myself once I've accomplished all this. I suppose family life gives a man purpose once you have a wife and kids? I'm always looking for purpose/my next project...hopefully I will mellow down/settle down.
In order of importance AND chronology.
I think these courses of action would bring me fulfillment in my life now as a young man and later in my life.
Would welcome any constructive advice, it's always good to have another set of eyes look over a plan before it starts being executed.
