Most of the smarter Americans already left after 2001 when it became clear the old America where you were guaranteed certain freedoms and inalienable rights had been usurped and wasn't coming back. But when Americans leave the bloated military, the IRS, and corporations may bring America to them! Even Chinese nationals are safer from their government when they are overseas than Americans are.
