Money is what makes men attractive to women. Any woman that disagrees with this is a liar. The more arrogant the woman is the more money it will take to impress her. However, most woman that grow up in poverty will find most men attractive.

Sounds very true to me, especially in Western countries.

I would say, money is not everything, but it increases the possibility to be successful when approaching women considerably.
Often the rich man does not need to approach women, they will all run after him.

Many women, especially in Western society are highly materialistic orientated and will definitively dump a nice bloke immediately who has only a moderate income for any other guy (regardless age, looks etc.) if he is rich and spoils her with expensive items in return for her 'love'.

Some Western women are acting blindly and check men only very superficially - they are happy, if the man can show up with a life-style which is 'unusual' 'extraordinary' and what men in general cannot offer. - It's not only about money for them - these girls despise ordinary men as 'boring'.

For example a thug who has nothing and is a nothing, always has some girlfriends with him who will give preference to him and not to any average man, because thugs offer an 'exciting life-stye' - that this life-style is criminal does not matter. In case the thug-boyfriend is in jail, he still receives a bundle of love-letters and on the day of release girls are waiting for him in front of the prison.

Is it better outside of Western countries?

I found women living in Asia less derisive towards ordinary men. Of course there are many too who are very materialistic orientated but their behavior is less rude, less insulting, less aggressive...

Asian women in general do not belittle honest young men, who try to find a girlfriend but have not much to offer. I never met an Asian woman who considered it funny or a turn-off if a man does not drink, is drug-free, does not gamble, does not smoke, does not waste money and is interested in a long term relationship.

Most Asian women like gossip and introduction - in case the girl does not want you she still might not disappear to nowhere, but show up with other women and introduce you to another girl, somehow behavior of Asian women is less hateful and more understanding - dating is much easier in Asia than in Europe - but this is just my opinion and experience so far. Well, that's the crux of the matter. You're not happy about your life. If you really were, you wouldn't be here laying your opinions, as if they were the ultimate wisdom of a superior mind, and attacking everyone who dares disagreeing or criticising you with personal insults that have nothing to do with the topic at hand.

See how you went from a critique to the idea that long relationships are always trouble (even when @MrMan's experience was evidence to the contrary), to bashing on me not being entitled to a respectable opinion because of my job as a lowly "kitchen assistant". And similar.

You are pretending to be happy by believing your own narrative, that is, your own lies. Lots of people do that, it's a very common coping mechanism and there is nothing wrong with it. I can't obviously speak for other members but I, personally, would have found nothing wrong with it.

3. you elevate this mind movie, this whole narrative, to the ultimate truth and you are desperate for people to believe it - and that's where you get resistance: normal people can tell a movie from reality, they have their own opinions and, more often that not, don't mind voicing them and ending in a debate - again, fine, you have a debate
4. you don't like the debate - you need everyone to be absolutely in agreement with everything you are, do or say in your mind movie, lest they are labelled as "losers" or "haters", depending on their level of criticism - now, this is bad
5. since you do not like being contradicted or criticised and hate a healthy debate, you prefer trying to shut people up by attacking them with ad-hominem attacks, insults and slander - and that's, as we know, very, very bad, especially coming from an adult like you who should know far better.

It doesn't take a genius psychiatrist to understand what's going on with you. You're flying so high in your vanilla sky of delusions, that you feel like you are almost superhuman, a refined human being who has understood everything about life, women, success, finance, etc. So superior that you can afford looking down on anyone as if they were idiots worth your contempt, your pity at best.
