I have seriously tried the traditional way of "get a good education, get good grades, then the promise of a good job, and the financial stability that comes with it." A bullshit myth. Why did I even go to university if it was all a f***ing American myth? Employers didn't care at all that I was college educated and finished with a GPA in the Top 10%.
