For what it's worth... I'm pretty proud of Tsar. Winston, as you can see in this chart the age of consent for many countries is lower than in the U.S., where it varies by state but is never lower than 16. The age of consent in Bulgaria, Tsar's current location, is 14. However, there is a U.S. law saying that it is a criminal offense for an American citizen overseas to have sex with a girl under the age of consent of in the state you come from. That age in Rhode Island, where I believe Tsar is from, is 16.

As far as I know, there are no criminal laws anywhere about the age you can "date," a word that can be interpreted broadly.

In NZ and most Anglo countries, the age of sexual consent is 16.

In NZ and most Anglo countries, the age of sexual consent is 16.

Anglo countries are prudish, strongly pro-feminist, and treat women like helpless little children.

However in Continental Europe, in many countries age of sexual consent is 14 or 15.
Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria, Serbia it is 14.
Even in Sweden, the feminist fortress in Europe, it is 15.

This does not mean however, that as a minor girl you can do what you want, as there are other protective laws, like the anti-prostitution law, which in general is 18.

If you are a foreigner, a male and adult, despite of low age of consent of the girls in many parts in Europe, I can only advice you to stay away from minor age girls to avoid misunderstanding and trouble.

In Japan the age of consent is 13, but this does not mean you can approach every girl above this age, as there are other protective laws, for example strong parental rights to interfere if parents do not offer their consent too etc.
