To be fair though... if I were to ask my friend's girlfriend, if I look like, say, a Swedish pastry chef or a donut eating police officer or whatever weird comparison I could think of, the rules of social interaction kinda dictate you telling them: "Nah, you're fine." Likewise when asking strangers, or friends alike, really. They will tell you what they think you want to hear.

I weigh more than you because I am 6ft 2ins and lift weights - I run daily, I am very fit - you don't do any of those things. You are 5ft 6ins and very unfit - by your own admission, you think drinking lemon oil will get you fit, it won't.
