Consensual sex is preferable because it would be more fun and enjoyable but nonconsensual sex like date rape is legal in most nations.

If a guy isn't going to be punished for having nonconsensual sex and every girl will decline them, then there's no point in getting consent from a girl, especially a girl that isn't a virgin.
