States are introducing vaccine lotteries — some with multimillion-dollar prizes — to combat slowing vaccination rates.

Re: Would You Get the Covid-19 Vaccine?
So how many of you got the vaccine so far? Any side effects or weird feelings afterward? What about your friends and family?
Keep in mind that if you suffer any ill effects or die from the vaccine, it will definitely be denied and attributed to something else, like your poor health or age or whatever. Because the vaccine is a religion and cannot be questioned. That's what's creepy about it. Once something becomes a religion, you will be condemned or vilified if you challenge it or question it. We all can feel that to the bone. Only authority worshippers and drones don't notice anything wrong with that. But independent freethinkers all definitely feel it.
In other words, there's no objective examination here or scientific method. Once it's declared totally safe, all data must fit into that belief, and any injuries or death will be denied, and any contrary data will be filtered out. There will be pressure to go along with the mandate of course. So objectivity and truth are compromised. That's what I don't like. It smacks of an agenda and feels nefarious and ripe for abuse.
People have sent me on social media all kinds of reports of vaccine injuries and deaths being covered up. I have no idea if these reports are true or not and cannot verify them. As any aware person knows, there is fake news in both mainstream and alternative media, so it's hard to know what to believe since almost nothing can be verified independently. We all choose which sources to put our faith and trust in based on which sources we resonate with the most, just like we do with religion.
But fortunately, everyone I know who's gotten the vaccine said they felt fine. But I don't know what the long term consequences are, if any. The only good news here is that generally if something is harmful, you usually know right away within a day or two. Harmful things don't take a long time to manifest, with the exception of HIV and AIDS maybe. But with this mRNA technology, who knows. I heard that one fo the co-discoverers of mRNA vaccine spoke out against it, but that video may have been removed since Google and YouTube heavily censor all dissenting opinions nowadays, almost like the Chinese government does.
What do you all think? Please no ridicule or ad hominem attacks please. Thanks.

Re: Would You Get the Covid-19 Vaccine?
You can find Dr. Robert Malone, who invented the mRNA vaccine, all over the internet proclaiming the dangers. Just the data provided by the CDC through VAERS amounts to genocide. Their latest report showed 17,619 reported deaths in the U.S. A Harvard study of a few years ago estimated that reported vaccine injuries amount to somewhere between one and ten percent of the actual total. If it's one percent, that's over 1.7 million deaths to date just in the U.S.
As for my own circle -- two strokes, one "unexpected" death, out of about a dozen people.
Well-known cardiologist Peter McCullogh gives a nuanced report of the danger:

Yes, according to the CDC's own no doubt heavily suppressed data the covaids jab has killed more people in 10 months than all vaccines combined have killed in the last 30 years.gsjackson wrote: ↑October 31st, 2021, 3:15 pmJust the data provided by the CDC through VAERS amounts to genocide. Re: Would You Get the Covid-19 Vaccine?
All my family members are vaccinated 2 x (Pfizer who used civil clinics, and Moderna who used a military hospital),
same with my friends in Austria and some people I know here in Japan, European foreigners and Japanese.
Everybody of us reported some side effects for about 2-3 days, like a painful left arm, feeling very tired and sleepy, a little fever, headache...
About myself in July this year, first 3 hours nothing, after 3 hours feeling very sleepy after the first and second shot, about 6 hours later strong pain in left arm, 12 hours later after the shot feeling sleepy again, next day about 18 hours after the shot nothing anymore up to now.
(quite similar reaction to my flu vaccination last year, next flu vaccination will be next week for coming winter and 3rd covid-19 shot will be in February next year)
No complaints at all from friends and fosterdaughter in Malaysia and Philippines, but using different vaccine, Sinovac from China and AstraZeneca (which is produced in Japan) I guess.
---
In Japan covid-19 is almost gone. No restrictions anymore within all Japan.
Last report from yesterday from all 47 provinces shows totally only 4261 acute cases (down from more than 231.000 two months ago)
16 provinces reported ZERO new infections but still treat a few patients in hospital care.

Covid-19 report of Tokyo
https://japantoday.com/category/nationa ... irus-cases
Vaccination rate is very high, among the 65+ old people it is 91.5 %. Total population vaccination rate is now 77.2 %.
Vaccination campaign still continues, several millions of people still waiting for second shot. Next step is flu vaccination this and next month. 3rd covid-19 shot will start in January next year.
https://vdata.nikkei.com/newsgraphics/c ... ne-status/
If you request with the ward office, an official certificate will be issued for free in Japanese/English for international travel, showing your vaccination data.
In Japan if you do not want to go for vaccination, no problem, nobody here is forced to do so. You receive per mail an invitation with coupons for vaccination, you go it's fine and you do not show up, it's also OK.

Re: Would You Get the Covid-19 Vaccine?
I am not getting the vaccine. I have already had the virus...it was like a cold, but I lost my sense of taste and my lungs were somewhat affected. Toward the end, I was coughing a lot, and intensely.
I am sick of the covid mandates...having to wear a mask, etc. I would rather go back to normal and not think about viruses. Life is not good right now...people worrying about getting sick is preventing them from dating, being romantic, sexually active, reproductive, etc., which are what make people happy.

Re: Would You Get the Covid-19 Vaccine?
A really good point and analogy I saw on another forum I visit:
http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread ... #pid419772
"I've heard an interesting comparison. It's a bit crude, but the analogy applies in this situation, I think.
With not getting too graphic here, if a sex-crazed pervert boss were to coerce a woman employee, demanding that she submit to his desires and allow him to stick his "thing" inside of that woman's body, and he tells her "you'll be fired if you don't let me do this to you"... that would be an outrageous crime in our society - it's clearly coerced rape.
And yet, when an employer mandates that a woman must submit to having a needle stuck inside of her body, or else get fired... how is that not a similar violation of her rights?
Answer me that one, those of you who are pro-vaccine mandates."

What a bunch of low quality trash people. Hopefully this will make sure they and their genes are expunged from the planet.

@Cornfed will surely want to know that I received the Janssen one-shot vaccine today, after returning to the USA last night from Ukraine, where I spent the last 16 months. (Prior to that was 4 months in Spain during the time of the Great Covid Lockdown.)
In a week or so, I will report any effects on my ability to get an erection and masturbate to @MrMan.

Re: Would You Get the Covid-19 Vaccine?
I don't think your hopes will become reality. Not vaccinated covid-19 patients in serious condition outnumber fully vaccinated covid-19 patients in hospitals ip to 14 : 1, it is the anti-vaxxer who dies.
BTW, did you read what Winston said?
Honestly, Cornfed, you would be the last man on earth who is qualified to call others to be 'low quality trash people', what about yourself, look in a mirror...

Re: Would You Get the Covid-19 Vaccine?
@Cornfed wrote in the other thread that the vaccines use experimental technology (mRNA). Actually, Janssen uses older viral technology, which is one reason I chose it (other reason is that it is one-shot). This older technology is why it is less effective.
As for @publicduende, like I said to the guy in south America, it's one thing to be skeptical of the dominant paradigm, another to get sucked into crazy Trumptardish conspiracy cults. The scamdemic is not a plandemic, though it might be human caused by experimentation at that Wuhan lab. It has long been obvious to anyone with half a brain that globalization (people like me flying frequently in crowded aircraft from country to country for tourism entertainment, to speak nothing of all the business travel) would eventually lead to another flu pandemic. Hell, they even had flu pandemics back in 1918, 1956, etc before so much globalization.
Corrupt politicians and their backers everywhere quickly realized that they could use the hysteria, which was much worse than previous hysterias because of social media, to steal money and grab more power, so that's what they did. Where there is democracy, politicians were faced with a tough choice: be reasonable and potentially be blamed for killing innocents, or be hysterical and wreck the economy and be forgiven because everyone else was hysterical and because they wrecked the economy for a good cause. Namely, protecting the innocents, meaning a bunch of elderly and other sick people one step away from the grave.
Covid-19 is indeed a real flu-like illness, and it can sometimes be serious in people who are not elderly and don't appear to have underlying health conditions. Same as some bad flus can be dangerous to apparently healthy people. So it's worth getting the vaccine, same as flu vaccines are worthwhile. Though I obviously wasn't worried about not having a vaccine, since I waited so long to get mine, same as I usually am too lazy to get a flu vaccine. If skeptical about the new mRNA technology, just get the Janssen vaccine.
