Is English the "Language of Feminism" ?

Post by ArchibaultNew »

Hey guys,

I remember that Roosh and even some guys here saying that English teachings the "feminist" ideals. That women who start learning English radically change their behavior and ideas. Many guys said that as soon women learn English they start to care less about how they dress, they start to buy iphones and they start to care less about eating healthy. But more importantly they disrespects and dislike men. What I have seen is that Anglophone women tend to be more "confrontational" towards men.

Also French and Spanish women are feminists as well but I don't see as much "Misandry." While they are a minority of misandrist they are rejected. For instance, Spain has Vox, political party, where those guys openly criticize feminism. I saw Santiago Abascal in parliment disagreeing with feminist. Meanwhile, in the Anglosphere it is only the most "fridge people" on the internet dare criticize feminism. For instance, the writers who wrote the column on Winston immediately called him a "Misogynist" for criticizing feminist. It seems that in the Anglophere you can't be "Pro-Women Anti-feminist."

What do you guys think?

I suppose that English is simply a tool of communication and, although it can certainly be a vehicle for toxic Anglo-Saxon cultural ideals such as feminism and misandry, it all depends on the girl's individual attitude to the language and how intimately she identifies with the culture. Some girls who learn English as a second language view it simply as a tool for business and international communication while others view it as gateway to an Anglo-American culture which they regard as more "modern" and "superior" and which they seek to imitate.

I personally cannot stand the latter kind of foreign woman. I've met some Latin American and Japanese women like that who give off this air of superiority due to their ability to speak English, this sense of being more modern and sophisticated, this not-so-subtle message of being better than any monolingual Latin American/Japanese who speaks only the "backward" national language. Those bitches identify with Anglo-American culture more than their own and therefore almost always hold the same feminist and misandric values. I always make an effort to avoid that kind of woman. I don't take too kindly to their insistence on speaking English either since I don't speak English when I am in a Hispanophone country or Japan and refuse to entertain any attempt to speak English with me due to my preference for the local language.

Since I love Hispanic culture and hate the Anglosphere I only like true Latinas who are Hispanic and Latin American through and through and who are not Americanized in any way. My Mexican girlfriend was like that and didn't like English at all. She regarded it as an ugly and inferior language and was pissed off that she had to take English classes as part of her university course. Curiously she was actually a Francophile and studied French in her spare time.

PD - Personally I'm not particularly impressed by most L2 speakers' ability to speak English. Not trying to be a hater but English has very simple morphology and is therefore easier to learn than most other languages. It's not like they have learned a language with difficult noun declension and verbal inflection like Russian or Polish. And most of them don't even attempt to learn proper American or British pronunciation. Yet some of them think that they're the dog's bollocks for their knowledge of English and see themselves as superior to their non-English-speaking compatriots. GTFOH!

@Lucas88

I see man. Honestly, I still think there's hope for English. sometimes I get mad at English like in the Radiohead, "For a minute there, I lost myself." However, I still feel that English can overcome. I was doing some soul searching and I feel English is the lingua franca, hence why feminist have taken a hold on it. But there's still male haters in Argentina and Spain. Also Simone de Beauvoir was French. We can't blame all of English or Anglo Civilization for the sins of a few.
