Here's a reason to believe the earth is flat and motionless -- it's what we perceive with our senses. As far as we can tell, it is flat and motionless, and all experiments to demonstrate it's a spinning ball, such as Michaelson-Morley, have failed to do so. So tell us why our senses are just dead wrong, why a theory completely trumps an observation. Go through this "scientific method" and how it arrived at a conclusion so obvious even pre-schoolers know it. Nobody else will, so maybe you're the man. Walk us though it, and do so without reference to photographs since the theory was presented as obvious and unchallenged long before there were any supposed photos.

Did you notice that this is a 107-page thread, Moron? All the justifications for the flat earth OBSERVATION have been included here over the last 6+ years, most of the material in good faith and quite informative for anyone who bothers to actually look at it. There are the occasional condescending asses like yourself coming in to strike poses of superiority, bringing absolutely nothing substantive to the table, but most of it is solid material.

If you go back and look at it you could find out what it is that you believe, like the alleged circumference of the earth and the alleged rate of its curvature, the alleged distance to the sun, the alleged speed of the earth's various alleged rotations, and so forth. You don't know any of that. You don't know what you believe, though any of those people having enough intellectual curiosity to look over the flat earth material could tell you off the top of their heads. Do you think any of those people weren't told the same spinning ball story that you were, starting in kindergarten? Do you think they haven't been exposed the same "preschool textbooks?" But unlike you, they've got wits enough to revisit critically the stories they were told as children. First go take a hard look at Santa Claus, and if you see any problems with that story come back and have another look at the spinning ball.
