If they are going to use 'gay' to refer to orientation, what country penalizes anyone for being gay? Do they have a gay gene test they make everyone take, or do they have a gay-dar that looks like a metal detector security guards use? How could they know someone is attracted to men to imprison or lash him 'just for being gay'?

What most of these countries probably prohibit is engaging in same-sex sex, soliciting sodomy, etc. A few decades back, some US states had theoretically active laws like that. At least with Jamaica, they made it clear that the illegal activity was buggery.

Kind of makes me wonder why white women are obessed with blacks when they hate gays and trans people but mostly in those African countries where they will openly kill and beat them. Yet gays and trans people have a lot of support from both people who aren't gay/trans and people that are. But no one has the balls to even remotely criticize those black countries for attacking these people. My guess is you have to be white and anti-gay/trans for people to bitch and say something about it.

Their (i.e. the jews and buttboys who promote globohomo) favorite bullshit line is to try to claim that anti-homo laws are supposedly only remnants of "imperialism," as though they can blame it on whites and try to sell people the idea that anything that's good for black Africans must also include homosexuality and transgenderism, but that doesn't hold up worth !@#$ since tons of black African countries who never were ruled by the British Empire also hate homosexuals and are ardently opposed to allowing it in.

Now that so many of them have woken up to this, from what I've seen many of those black African and to some degree also Caribbean nations are full of the most based homophobes anywhere and that's one of the reasons I am focusing on those countries as an expat.)
