I read something about some women who get extreme plastic surgery have a skewed idea of what is beautiful.

Slightly pouty lips on some women's faces can be attractive. But for me, it isn't a distinguishing feature that makes most women better looking.

A lot of white women who gets surgery or fillers have unnaturally large top lips that don't match their faces. I see some of that on the pictures scattered about the forum from time to time, including posts from some users. It says, "Look at me. I have had some work done." A woman might look pretty in an artificial way if it isn't too extreme.

This example looks disgusting. She wasn't particularly pretty before, but afterward, she looks freakish. The lips look like some fake lips kids wore for Halloween when I was a kid, or something they got in a happy meal or as a Halloween toy, but more exaggerated.

I think that more women are getting those fake lips because it has become fashionable. I've seen that particular aesthetic being praised among certain circles on social media. Some people are NPCs and will follow whatever happens to be popular. Other people are doing it so they feel the need to do it too.

Why did the duck lip thing become a trend? I think that it's not really an inversion of natural beauty but rather an imitation of a certain form of natural beauty taken to an unnatural extreme. Thick lips are regarded as beautiful in some cultures. Latinas for example are often proud of their thick feminine lips. The duck lip thing started off as an imitation of that but then reached unnatural levels when some people started opting to go thicker as though it were a competition. The end result was the extreme interventions that we see today.

I personally believe that cosmetic surgery can be beneficial for the enhancement of beauty but should be used sparingly. Overuse almost always has the paradoxical effect of diminishing natural beauty rather than enhancing it. Fake titties can be good if they make the bust fuller in the case that the girl isn't particularly well-endowed or for milfs so that their titties don't become saggy with age. But fake asses and injecting silicone and botox and whatnot into every part of the body are just wrong and 9 times out of 10 make the girl look worse than before.

My opinion: Lots of makeup is good, but no thanks on implants or "body modifications" because I don't want the girls to hurt themselves, and those of us with a natural eye and instinct for healthy genes are always going to see it as being "off" even if we're not judgmental about it.....
