Nice, clean, modern, tropic climate, pools, and exotic women? You could've found it all in Florida if you weren't such a loser, kangarunner. The only one chilling in tourist mode there is yourself due to an easy American buck, kangarunner. Otherwise it takes a lot of hard work to build and maintain such a community, not to mention earning enough money to afford living there, you deluded fool kangarunner.
