death toll rises in Kyiv
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/as ... r-AA1GYpED
Emergency workers recovered more bodies on Wednesday from the rubble of a nine-story Kyiv apartment building destroyed by a Russian missile, bringing the death toll from the latest attack on the Ukrainian capital to 28.
Wow. Look at that apartment building cut in half by a russian missile. One minute you're alive the next your dead.

I wonder if AFA is still having their romance tour in Kyiv this July or will they move it somewhere else? I suggest moving it to Lviv. Still in Ukraine but less likely to be attacked. @Winston

It's a real pity what Putin has done to both his own nation and Ukraine. Hundreds of thousands dead and maimed for nothing more than his pride in the grand scheme of things. Ukraine was a wonderful country when I was there, I had a great time, and considered moving there. Glad I didn't, I suppose

putin doesn't care about anyone's life but his own. Killing people gives him a "rush". It makes him feel good.

The russian people are too much cowards to overthrown him

You see in Russia you can be the worst gangster murderer but if you have wealth and are dressed in a suit people respect you. putin has stolen much of the country's wealth. That's why the average Russian lives very poorly.

Those videos of Russian soldiers dragging washing machines and appliances out of Ukraine are true. The poverty is so bad there

You see you see putin has to remain dictator for life or he'll most likely be jailed or executed. The same with Trump. I predict he will remain in office for life. He will declare martial law and a state of emergency. He will find some way to remain in office

The one thing I really appreciated and learned from the entire conflict was how talented Zelensky is, I have never seen a man who can play the piano with his private parts. I imagine since House is so well equipped he could probably pull it off as well.

The guys must be so desperate that they'd be willing to enter a warzone to find a Ukrainian woman. When the bombs started falling Shemp high tailed it out of there.

The women are just the same though - gold-diggers, scammers, prostitutes. That is the ones who didn't flee to Europe for free benefits. You rarely will find a good woman on such tours
I agree with your summary of the present situation, If you really enter Ukraine just to find a woman you must be seriously desperate as a man.
There is no restriction for Ukrainian women of any age to leave their country legally, only Ukrainian men are not allowed to travel abroad.

You could contact any Ukrainian woman somewhere in Ukraine by internet or phone etc. and ask her to cross over the border to meet you in person, there is no reason to enter Ukraine for a foreign man, it is too risky.

However most Ukrainian women who are crossing the border to Western countries are not doing this alone, but they are coming with their parents, their children, entire families but without a husband. He is either dead already and she is a widow, or he is somewhere in combat etc.

Not all of these families are poor either, showing up with Western creditcards and travel with their own cars and know how to ask Western countries for benefits.

To find a good woman for a long term relationship ifvyou really dare to enter Ukraine is questionable. Many women looking for contact with foreign men and are 'available' are scammers etc. and are looking only for money from men.

Putin had the idea to enter Ukraine and to remove with military force by surprise the entire Ukrainian government and to replace it with Russian friendly politicians. The so-called 3 days special military operation.

However this action was a total failure, Ukrainians were fighting back and were able to secure huge support from many countries, especially EU, but also from Canada, Japan, Australia ... Finland and Sweden after being threatened by Putin with military actions quickly joined NATO.

Recently USA is not very interested to assist Ukraine but to help Israel to attack Iran, a major supplier of military stuff to Russia. Such actions are also helpful for Ukraine.

-----

So far about 20 % of Ukrainian territory are occupied by Russia after 3 1/2 years of war.
Ukrainian soldiers killed or seriously wounded a huge number of Russian soldiers, destroyed countless vehicles and tanks, shot down Russian warplanes, even sent entire warships to the bottom of the Black Sea.

------

What could the Russian government all do if it invested all this money it lost during this crazy war into its own huge territory. Russia could have created entire new cities...

What a horrible miscalculation to think Western countries might not support Ukraine and will allow Russia to remove it from the map.

Russia has amassed 110,000 troops in the vicinity of Pokrovsk as part of its efforts to take over the strategic eastern Ukrainian city, the Ukrainian military chief said Friday.

Oleksandr Syrskyi said on Friday that the area around Pokrovsk was the “hottest spot”along the 1,200-kilometre (745 miles) front line which runs across the east.

Russian forces have been trying to capture Pokrovsk for almost a year, staging one grinding offensive after another. But despite having a clear advantage in terms of the number of troops and weapons available, Moscow has failed to take over the city.

Pokrovsk is a strategic target for Moscow. Russian President Vladimir Putin has made it clear that his goal is to seize all of the eastern Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Luhansk his forces partially occupy.
