I downloaded Sonic Generations from the Warez-BB site, but I am not able to run it. I need to run the Configuration Tools option, but for some reason, my laptop will not even open up the program in question! Here are the (relevant) specs for my laptop:
Intel Celeron CPU (2.00 GHz)
2 GB RAM (1.74 GB usable)
64-bit Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium
If anyone can help me try to get this program to run, I would appreciate it.

I believe you need to have dual core, plus you might need a gpu made within the past few years. Also, if you can, try downloading from a torrent if those previous options don't work.
