Dr. Phil - Why Am I Still Single?

I caught a little of the show when I was at work yesterday. I can tell you that it shows all the problems with the American Dating scene.
The women on the show were career driven, gimee gimee consumerist types with no personalities.
The guy on the show (only one???) was a shy guy who was very nice and nieve.

The girl on the show doesn't smile. Her reason for not smiling??? He didn't give her a reason to smile!!! WTF??

So the advice was given by the dating expert Siggy (?) to "date twice a week", don't expect results overnight and wait to get to know the other person...a month or two.

Now how many women (American) would:
A. Date Twice A week? Nope. Sorry. At least not with just anyone. Heck you can't give everyone a chance!!!

B. Not expect results right away? They expect dinner on the first date!! They expect instant happiness. This bullshit consumerist mentality is rampant. What do they want?? A ring on the second date?

C. Wait a month or two to get to know someone? If he's wrong they just know it. Wait 2 months? No way. They want it all and they want it now. Why wait? If he's got a single flaw, reject him and move on to the next one. If he insinuates anything physical (and I mean ANYTHING - touching, hand holding, even hugging or heaven forbid a kiss), if he rubs her the wrong way or is in any way overly sexual .... he's out!! Next!!

So HA Guys,
This is all the more reason to look for someone overseas or someone who is not a career girl or a consumeristic, narcissistic, no personality b*tch. Right?

You mean Dr. Phil bashed women on his show for once? lol What did Dr. Phil himself say?

I wish I could post the entire show. Also I only caught part of it. However, Dr. Phil uses his 'Experts' to evaluate the women on the program.
So he doesn't directly 'bash' as you say. I think Phil just backs up what the experts say.
Like the woman who wasn't smiling and they asked her why and she said "Because he didn't give me anything to smile about." And you hear the audiance who is shocked by this.
Of course if you've ever tried to date American Women, this is pretty much par for the course.
They expect you to buy them dinner, entertain them and make them happy. And of course no one can 'make' someone else happy.
