Taiwanese are not Russians and you should not expect them to act like Russians. Taiwanese women can be open and amorous in private, or at least after she has known you better and is interested in you. Do not expect to be holding hands with a Taiwanese girl on the 1st date. However, that is not to say that Taiwanese women are prudes, they'd usually sleep with you after dating for a while. Virgin women are relatively rare in the dating market.

The word "flirting" in English means to act amorously without serious intentions. That implies that you're playing around, which is not a good thing if you're trying to date someone. i.e. you're dating a girl and she tells her friends that she's just flirting with you, that implies you won't last long.

Oh no boy. I've been in the US and Taiwan and can tell you that it's not worse in the US, just different. The cold wall around American girls is different than the one around Taiwan girls. The one around Taiwan girls makes you feel repressed, whereas the one around American girls doesn't.

Maybe the repressed vibes rub off on me more cause I'm Taiwanese? Who knows.

The thing is, when you feel repressed, you become just like them. Obviously two repressed people aren't going to chat each other up.

The body language of Taiwan girls is also much more closed.

At least in America, some girls will stop if you say "Excuse me miss?" whereas in Taiwan they just ignore you. If you come here, you'll see what I mean.

Part of my mind is very negative and tries to self sabotage whatever I want to do. So if I want to do this, and my negative other mind wants to go the other way, the result is INERTIA and wasted time.

Do you know what I mean? Have any of you experienced this? It's the worst thing to have your own mind against you. How can you win if your own mind is against you?

Is this what Dianetics called the "reactive mind"? In each of us, there is a subconscious negative fearful mind that makes excuses to stop our plans and make us fail and become lazy. If it takes over, then you are constantly in a state of inertia. It's like your own mind is your enemy trying to self-sabotage you. Maybe it's some form of possession by non-physical entities? Who knows.

It especially takes over if there is nothing pressuring you to do anything. Maybe that's the price of freedom? If there's no pressure, you become lazy and unmotivated.

So you see, I can't just do whatever my conscious mind wants. My unconscious mind keeps making excuses to go against my conscious wishes. Do you know what I mean? It's hard to explain. We each have a part of us inside that works as our enemy. So it's not like I have total freedom over what I do. Part of my own mind is against a lot of my conscious wishes for some reason.

Several psychics long ago have said that there were "dead souls" inhabiting me. They should have been purged, but maybe they are back?

No I haven't been to any massage parlors or brothels since Rock took me to one long ago during Spring. I have tried to, but my mind tries to make excuses not to. Maybe the fear and nervousness that dominates people in Taiwan has rubbed off on me? If so, then Taiwan is very toxic to me and turns me into something that I don't want to be.

Maybe there is some negative energy in Taiwan that tries to bring out the worst in me? Perhaps the "energetic mind parasites" in Taiwan see that I'm different than others, being a unique nonconformist here, and so they've ganged up to try to bring me down, since I'm bigger prey to them than the typical conformist here? You can never know.

I have met guys like Rock out here that have said that lol! And they are wrong, most of them don't even know any better because they have never lived somewhere else.

About the negative part. I think you mean pessimism. Deep down you're not completely content or not in a place which stimulates your aura in a positive way. So you're unconsious letting out negative thoughts which is also called pessimism.

No. The challenger is expected to hit on women that HE finds attractive, not women that YOU find attractive. If he prefers chubby girls with big booty and knows how to shake it, then that's perfectly fine.

If you're dating a Taiwanese girl and want to be "in private", you need to create situations where you can be with her in private. This is why when I was with my ex in Taipei, I preferred to take her on trips to other parts of Taiwan or oversea trips to China. If we stayed Taipei, she'd go home to her parents every day and there were few opportunities to be in private.

Well my main objectives now, which have been for two years, are to:

1. Put on YouTube the rest of my Russia and Eastern Europe videos, including the ones from Poland. I was trying to do that the last three years, but my mind keeps making excuses.

2. Publish my ebook, but first have to update it. I was trying to do this in January 2011 (where the f**k did the time go?), but then I had to fly back to the Philippines and then Mr S gave me that editing job with the RPG company in Manila, which kept me occupied for months. Then I developed health problems and got lazy and drowsy due to the heat, humidity and discomfort living in Angeles City. Then I came to Taiwan and felt repressed and depressed, and my mind went into escape with movies and got addicted to wasting time arguing on this forum and others.

These don't sound like big deals. But every time I try to do them, my mind makes excuses. WTF is wrong with me and my mind?

Why are simple things so hard? Why does my own mind block me? I don't understand. It's not logical. I wish I had full control over my actions, but I don't for some reason. My mind keeps delaying and sabotaging everything, making simple projects hard to do. What the f**k is happening?

I can't even start a project that was supposed to be done in January of 2011. Why the f**k does time go by so fast? You get distracted by new things everyday and the months fly by! WTF?!

I have no fricking idea how that happens! Honestly!

What can I do? Does anyone else have these problems too?

I also have shitty time management skills. I think the only way to hurry up and finish things is to remove all distractions, including phone calls, and just hurry up and do your shit.

I am also a perfectionist who needs things done in a certain order. So for example, I wanted to publish my ebook in January 2011, so I don't feel that I can continue with my next plan, until I finish that first. Otherwise, there is a feeling of incompleteness that lingers in my mind.

See what I mean? It sucks to be a perfectionist.

There's a lot of shit I wanted to do in 2008 that I never got to either! f**k! Why does time pass so fast? Isn't it because it has to do with 2012 and the pole shift? I heard that even children are complaining about time going by too fast!

If the challenger wants to hit on an ugly 40 year old single mother just to win the bet, let him win and pay him NT 5,000 minus expenses, but make sure that he goes through with the date and never have anything to do with him afterwards. To clarify, you are to shun him and not write or talk about him ever again.

2. If you're dating the girl and she is not interested in coming over to "cook dinner together" at your house, or to visit you at your hotel to "go for a swim", then perhaps you should say "next" and move on. Obviously you should not expect this on the first date, but if she still refuses after couple of months then it's time to move on. However, if the girl is a virgin, be warned that if you take her virginity there will probably be drama to follow.

It's because you've got to many hobbies, are interested in everything this planet has to offer. Can fill your whole day with your hobbies/interests and that's when time flies.
People who are going straightforward in life and career only have that specific interest. That's why they are so succesfull. The downside is that besides work they are not interesting people to hang around. Not all of them ofcourse.

The best would be to find a balance between those 2. At the moment you've got no balance in them.

I suffer from the same problem: not focused. Here's how I can get things done. Do just one thing and don't let yourself do other things, until the first thing is finished. The internet is a tremendous distraction, unfortunately its your job. I basically gave up Facebook, because I wasted tons of time there. Now I almost never go there. I don't like it.

I'll make you an offer. When I come over, we travel to China together, or somewhere else. How is that? Now you have someone to get you out to go.....someone you know you'll have fun with!
